With a crowd of over 80K+ screaming at the top of their lungs just going crazy for their favorite football team. The energy is electrifying. It doesn’t matter the language or even the location. Take two bloats sitting at a pub from different countries. doel. obiettivo. 目的. meta. Ziel. Goal. (or for the dudes on telefutura GOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAALLLLLLLL!
Man, It’s a beautiful thing!
If for a moment everybody forgets the world’s problems, the differences between countries, opinions, political parties, affiliation, whatever. It’s all forgotten over a pint and a football match. Besides female mud wrestling, there isn’t much else that could have the same effect.
Personally, I think that’s why it’s the worlds game.
I was just watching the Liverpool match highlights on youtube(that too is a beautiful thing) and it gave me the chills seeing how many people went to the football games. It was amazing. I think I’m going to add that onto my list of things to do before I bid this planet, and all of you, adou.
So at work today Brandi invited us all to go participate at her fashion denver project. Local designers making fashion like the tv show, but locally of course. It was pretty cool actually. Although I’m not into fashion, I’m always for watching beautiful women strutting their stuff on a catwalk. It was pretty funny too because we were up top with another guy who wasn’t that thrilled to be there, but he had to be. His daughter was one of the models! Doh! We had to keep the wolf whistles down to a dull roar. We all got a kick out of it. Regardless. It was very cool seeing somebody I know put on such a huge event. Even cooler the event raised over $10k worth for a charity called "Dress for success" which gives women clothes to get back into the work force. Very cool. 2 kudos to Brandi and another 2 more for inviting us. Also, I didn’t take any other pictures today except from the show so I figured I’d post it.
