So yea … yesterday mandatory overtime was … well it stunk. Yesterday was supposidly the buisiest day of the year so they made everybody work which didn’t make me feel so incredibly bad and hey, for $22 bucks an hour I survived. However 4 hours smack dab in the middle of my day somewhat wasted my day off. I’m ok with that I suppose. So anyways … what shall I do today? I was thinking of calling my parents as well as my sister. See how everything went. They went to see probably one of, if not the best comedians ever which is Rodney Carrington. We’ve also seen Bill Engval who is pretty funny life but I really wanted to go home for Thanksgiving.
At least this year it wasn’t as terrible as Christmas and Thanksgiving was last year. Last year I was alone. I thought someone cared for me and didn’t. Boo Hoo. This year if I look at it in the right light was a million times better. Yes I would have rather been home. Seen my lexie girl and my boy max. My parents sister and brother in law :@ Hehe … actually my brother-in-law is actually a really nice guy. Well, I havn’t spoken to him in quite some time and I hope he still treats my sister as nice as he once did in the past but anywho … yes I would have rather been home. But it was nice this year. I went over to Jo’s house. Her mom is japanese and I suppose doesn’t really know Thanksgiving traditions. She was going to have lasagna! Hehe. Lasagna! Can you beileve that? "So casey, what did you eat for Thanksgiving …" Oh I had lasagna! Yes I do like lasagna however it just doesn’t sound right being paired with Thanksgiving.
hehe … lasagna … I am thankful to say that either way with the proclaimed lasagna or what we actually ate, ham, mashed potatoes ect … I am greatly appreciative that they let me into their homes and have dinner with them. That nigh could have been highly depressing but it was instead a good night.
Hmmmm … What else. Oh yes. X-Men 2 has so many things inside that I didn’t even notice! For example … there are all kinds of neat things you will see if you slow mow during certain parts. Such as you can see "the beast" in human form conducting an interview right before mistiqu(sp?) injects the guard with the iron. Also you can tell when she breaks Magnito out of his prison you can see other people in jail as well. Gambit, Magnito’s children etc … also what I found intresting was you saw the Omega Red Project. Ok, all stupid things but it’s actually quite intresting. I think so anyways … Also on bruce almighty if you watch the delted scenes, I was really disappointed that they didn’t add some of that into the movie. I thought the part where the kid wanted to get up the rope the fastest and he says yes to all the prayers. That was the best. Bascially this kid was always teased because of his weight and when he was to be older God’s invision for him was to become a world famous writer by using his sufferings from his childhood to help others. Instead Jim Carry’s charachter granted his wish when he was younger and he ended up being some no-name wrestler. Moral of the story is that just because we ask for things doesn’t mean we should get it. I really do appreciate the point that was driven behind that movie. I really did and if anything it opened my eyes. Yes .. a silly movie but again… the points that were driven and how they were driven were astounding and the makers of that movie did do an excellent job. Oh also! There was a movie way back when that I remembered and I could not think for the life of me what it was! It had a bunch of gnomes, elves and such and at the end it had a huge diablo type creature! I couldn’t remember and everybody thought I was loosing my mind. However I found the movie at K-Mart and it’s called Legend! It’s an excellent movie, I know becuase my roomate bought it, anywho … it’s an excellent fantasy movie and if you get the chance. Definetly … do see!
Well I should be going now. I have alot of nothing to do today 
So I should get to it … oh yea … and I am thinking twice about the user system. I don’t care that SHE comes back here anymore. I just don’t care. I was thinking about making a mailing list associated with this journal because my enteries are somewhat sparatic. Sometimes I post regularly and others .. well other times I just neglect it all around. We’ll see. We’ll see. I suppose only time will tell …
